Lemon Rose Tom Collins

Make your own house gin with our Rose Lemon Gin Alkemista Infusion Blend – a delightful combination of Rose Hips, Juniper, Cardamom, Lemon Peel, Jasmine Flowers, and Angelica Root that creates a gin perfect for summertime. This blend is perfect for classic cocktails like a Tom Collins, a drink that was created in the 19th Century, is reminiscent of 1950’s Mad Men glamour, and yet is an easy and approachable cocktail that everyone loves. This recipe is made with a Quick Raspberry Syrup that pairs beautifully with the floral notes of rose and jasmine and adds just a touch of fruity roundness to this bright and refreshing cocktail.

Cheers!
